Ok, Beth, I am finally participating in the recipe thing...
This one is AWESOME. I could literally eat my weight in it! I tried to do so on Tuesday.
Yummy Grape Salad
1 lb green seedless grapes
1 lb red seedless grapes
8 oz fat free cream cheese
½ c fat free sour cream
1 cup white Splenda
1 cup brown sugar Splenda
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Wash grapes and pat dry. Put in the bottom of a bowl. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and white Splenda until creamy. Spread on top of grapes and let set in refrigerator overnight.
Mix brown sugar Splenda and pecans. Sprinkle on top of the grape mixture and serve.
