Black Bean Hummus

Oh. My. Word.

This is SO yummy! I looked at several recipes on Food.com and allrecipes.com and used some of what I had plus what they called for. Here's what I ended up with:

1 can black beans, drained (save the liquid)
1 can chick peas/garbanzo beans, drained
1 T garlic oil (or more if you prefer)
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 T chipotle Tabasco
2 T lemon juice
1 T olive oil
1 tsp of cumin (or more to taste)

Toss all these in the food processor and blend until smooth. Add liquid from the black beans until a smooth texture is achieved.

I would add cilantro and would like to try Tahini instead of the sesame oil, but I just had to use what I had. I think fresh garlic would be healthier and maybe more tasty, too.

I hope you enjoy!
